NYSE Arca Approves Rule Change to Simplify Voluntary Withdrawal Procedures for Listed Securities

NYSE Arca has approved a proposed rule change and amendment to simplify the voluntary withdrawal procedures for securities listed on the exchange, eliminating the requirement for dually-listed issuers to submit resolutions by their board of directors.
