USDA and FDA Host Public Meeting on Food Hygiene Standards

The US Department of Agriculture and the Food and Drug Administration will host a public meeting on November 9, 2006, to gather public comments on proposed food hygiene standards, which will be discussed at the upcoming Codex Alimentarius Commission meeting in Houston, Texas, from December 4-9, 2006.
