Moss Landing Harbor District Receives Incidental Harassment Authorization for Harbor Redevelopment Project

The Moss Landing Harbor District has been granted permission to take small numbers of Pacific harbor seals and California sea lions during the harbor redevelopment project in Moss Landing Harbor, California, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
