FAA Sets Random Drug and Alcohol Testing Rates for Aviation Employees Through December 31, 2007

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has confirmed that it will maintain the current random drug testing rate of 25% for safety-sensitive employees and the current random alcohol testing rate of 10% for safety-sensitive employees through December 31, 2007
