USDA Proposes Amendments to PACA Regulations for Electronic Invoicing

The USDA is proposing changes to the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) to protect the trust status of produce sellers when using electronic invoicing or other billing methods, requiring buyers to accept PACA trust notices and allow sufficient data space for trust language.
