EPA Announces Proposed Approvals for Remote-Handled Waste Characterization Programs at Idaho National Laboratory and Argonne National Laboratory

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on proposed approvals for the characterization of radioactive, remote-handled waste at Idaho National Laboratory and Argonne National Laboratory, with the goal of disposing of the waste at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant in New Mexico.
