NMFS Seeks Public Review of Trawl Fisheries Reports for Sea Turtle Conservation

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public input on reports detailing Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico state trawl fisheries to support the Strategy for Sea Turtle Conservation in Relation to Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico Fisheries. This review aims to ensure the reports contain the most accurate information available to inform future management actions to reduce sea turtle bycatch in trawl fisheries.
