SEC Approves Rule Change to Enable Real-Time Trade Processing by Omgeo

The Depository Trust Company has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission to implement a new rule change that will allow its inventory management system to accept real-time and late affirmed trades from Omgeo, a leading trade management services provider.
