Southeast Oregon Resource Advisory Council to Hold Meeting on November 16

The Southeast Oregon Resource Advisory Council (SEORAC) will meet on November 16 at the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Burns District Office in Hines, Oregon, to discuss various agenda items, including updates on grazing rules, off-highway vehicle transportation, wind energy, and wild horses, as well as elect officers and establish meeting dates for the upcoming year.
