Genesee & Wyoming Inc. Granted Exemption to Continue Control of Chattahoochee Bay Railroad, Inc. in Related Transaction

The Surface Transportation Board granted Genesee & Wyoming Inc. an exemption to continue its control of Chattahoochee Bay Railroad, Inc. after the latter becomes a rail carrier in a transaction involving the acquisition of rail assets from H&S Railroad Company, Inc. and Chattahoochee & Gulf Railroad Co., Inc., subject to labor protective conditions.
