Federal Highway Administration to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Willamette River Improvements in Oregon

The Federal Highway Administration is issuing a notice of intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for projects aimed at enhancing mobility across the Willamette River in Salem and surrounding counties in Oregon.
