EPA Proposes Approval of Louisiana Low Enhanced Vehicle Inspection/Maintenance Program Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Louisiana's State Implementation Plan, which exempts the two newest model year gasoline-fueled passenger cars and trucks from On-Board Diagnostic testing, in accordance with Section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
