EPA Approves Louisiana Low Enhanced Vehicle Inspection/Maintenance Program Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Louisiana's State Implementation Plan, exempting the two newest model year gasoline-fueled passenger cars and trucks from On-Board Diagnostic testing, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
