NMFS Issues Final Rule to Implement Amendment 18 to Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued a final rule to incorporate the bycatch minimization policies and requirements of the Pacific Fishery Management Council into the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan (FMP), in response to a court order.
