MMS Proposes Expansion of Lease Sale 205 in Central Gulf of Mexico

The US Department of Interior's Minerals Management Service (MMS) has proposed expanding Lease Sale 205 in the Central Gulf of Mexico, following a settlement agreement in a court case. The MMS is seeking public comment on the proposed change, with a 45-day comment period ending on December 10, 2006.
