SEC Grants Limited Exemption to National Securities Exchanges for Sub-Penny Orders

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted a limited exemption to national securities exchanges, allowing them to accept certain sub-penny orders under Rule 612 of Regulation NMS, as mandated by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
