Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act: Appealable Decision to be Issued to Ahtna, Incorporated

The US government will issue a decision approving the conveyance of surface and subsurface estates in certain Alaskan lands to Ahtna, Incorporated, following a requirement under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act
