90-Day Finding for Kennebec River Atlantic Salmon Petition

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced a 90-day finding on a petition to list the Kennebec River population of anadromous Atlantic salmon as endangered under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) of 1973, as amended, due to substantial scientific or commercial information indicating potential endangerment.
