Comment Request for Review of Revised Information Collection: RI 20-63, RI 20-116, RI 20-117

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is requesting review of three information collections: RI 20-63, RI 20-116, and RI 20-117, which are used for survivor annuity elections. These forms are used by annuitants to make informed decisions about their survivor annuity benefits.
