Department of Education Publishes Notice for Early Reading First National Evaluation System of Records

The Department of Education has published a notice under the Privacy Act of 1974 for a new system of records, Early Reading First National Evaluation, which will collect information on participants in the Early Reading First program and children attending preschools that applied for but did not receive funding.
