Coast Guard Temporarily Modifies Drawbridge Operation Regulations at New London, CT

The US Coast Guard has temporarily altered the rules governing the Amtrak Bridge's opening schedule across the Thames River in New London, Connecticut, to accommodate bridge pier repairs, effective from November 15, 2006, to May 15, 2007.
