Coast Guard Proposes Rule Change for Illinois Central Railroad Drawbridge Operation

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a rule change to the Illinois Central Railroad Drawbridge operation regulation on the Upper Mississippi River at Dubuque, Iowa, allowing for earlier advance notice before the bridge opens, starting from December 15, 2006, to March 15, 2007, to facilitate upgrades and maintenance.
