SEC Approves Boston Stock Exchange's Market Opening Pilot Program for Boston Options Exchange Facility

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved a proposed rule change by the Boston Stock Exchange, Inc. (BSE) to launch a market opening pilot program for the Boston Options Exchange Facility (BOE), as part of its efforts to improve market efficiency and transparency.
