NOAA Fisheries Service Reschedules Public Hearing for New England and Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Councils

The NOAA Fisheries Service and the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council have rescheduled a public hearing on a draft amendment that would establish standardized bycatch reporting methodology for every fishery management plan, previously announced for October 31, 2006, with the New England Fishery Management Council's hearing date remaining unchanged.
