TRICARE; Changes Included in the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006; TRICARE Dental Program

The Department of Defense is publishing an interim final rule to implement changes to the TRICARE Dental Program, expanding eligibility for survivor benefits to the active duty spouse of a service member who dies while on active duty for more than 30 days. The rule is being published to comply with the statutory effective dates of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006.
