USDA Suspends Continuing Assessment Rate for Colorado Potato Committee

The USDA has adopted a final rule suspending the continuing assessment rate for the Area No. 3 Colorado Potato Administrative Committee, effective for the 2006-2007 fiscal period and beyond, in response to the committee's recommendation to lower the monetary reserve to meet program requirements.
