CMS Proposes Changes to Access System for Healthcare Facility

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is proposing modifications to its existing access system, Record of Individuals Authorized Entry to the CMS Building via a Card Key Access System (RICKS), in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, to simplify its identification number and expand disclosure to CMS grantees.
