CMS Proposes Changes to Medicare-Cancer Registry Record System

The US Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is proposing modifications to the Medicare-Cancer Registry Record System, established in 1988, to simplify its identification number and expand disclosure to CMS grantees, who are responsible for carrying out projects that require CMS data.
