Agency Seeks Public Comment on Oil-Spill Response Requirements
The agency is requesting public comment on the renewal of paperwork requirements for oil facilities located seaward of the coast line, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and is submitting the request for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)
