Marine Mammals: NMFS Issues Amendments to Scientific Research Permits

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued amendments to scientific research permits for two projects led by The Dolphin Institute, a research organization led by Dr. Adam A. Pack, in response to recent research findings.
