EPA Proposes Approval of Louisiana State Implementation Plan for Vehicle Miles Traveled Offset Analysis

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the Louisiana State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Baton Rouge Ozone Nonattainment Area, which was submitted on March 22, 2005, following the area's reclassification from serious to severe 1-hour ozone nonattainment. This approval is being taken under sections 110 and 182 of the Federal Clean Air Act, as amended.
