EPA Not Accepting Comments on Constitution Road Drum Site Settlement Notice

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will not be accepting comments on a notice regarding a duplicated settlement for the Constitution Road Drum Site in Atlanta, Georgia, as it was previously published under the incorrect docket number. Comments on the correct listing, EPA-R04-SFUND-2006-0865, will be accepted until December 1, 2006.
