NTSB Proposes Update to Public Availability of Information Regulations

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is proposing to amend its regulations to provide more detailed information on the availability of its records, including updates to its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) processing procedures, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act.
