Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline, L.L.C. Requests Waiver for Pipeline Design and Capacity Requirements

Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline L.L.C. is requesting a waiver to use a 0.80 design factor in steel pipe design for its proposed natural gas interstate pipeline, allowing for hoop stresses up to 80% of the specified minimum yield strength. The waiver also seeks relief from capacity design requirements for pressure relieving and limiting stations on the same pipeline segment.
