Office of Personnel Management Requests Review of Existing Information Collection: Representative Payee Survey

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking public comment on its proposed submission to the Office of Management and Budget for review of the Representative Payee Survey, a form used to track the use of benefits paid to incompetent annuitants, with approximately 4,067 forms expected to be completed annually.
