MMS Submits Information Collection Request to Renew Endangered Species Act Paperwork Requirements for OMB Review

The U.S. Minerals Management Service (MMS) is notifying the public that it has submitted a request to renew approval of paperwork requirements under the Endangered Species Act, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to comply with OMB review requirements.
