EPA Submits Renewal of Clean Air Act Information Collection Request for OMB Review and Approval
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking renewal of an existing approved information collection request under the Clean Air Act, which involves the distribution of offsite consequence analysis information, as required by Section 112(r)(7)(H) of the Clean Air Act. The request, EPA No. 1981.03, has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
