General Electric Rome Site to Receive Reimbursement for Past Response Costs

The US Environmental Protection Agency is proposing a settlement for reimbursement of past response costs at the General Electric Rome Site in Georgia, following the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) guidelines.
