U.S. Government Delegates Authority to Manage CHIPS Act Implementation

The U.S. government has delegated authority to the Secretary of Commerce to manage the implementation of the Creating Helpful Incentives To Produce Semiconductors (CHIPS) Act of 2022, a law aimed at boosting domestic semiconductor production.
