The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is issuing regulations to govern the unintentional taking of marine mammals during precision strike weapons testing and training at Eglin Air Force Base in the Gulf of Mexico, in compliance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA)
