U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security Publishes Final Rule to Implement Australia Group Understandings on Biological Agents

The Bureau of Industry and Security is publishing a final rule to amend the Export Administration Regulations to implement changes to the Australia Group's Control List of Biological Agents, adding certain fungi and toxins while removing others, in accordance with understandings reached at the June 2006 Australia Group plenary meeting.
