EPA Approves New Mexico City's Plan to Reduce Landfill Gas Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a plan submitted by the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, to reduce landfill gas emissions from municipal solid waste landfills, as required by the Emission Guidelines for existing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfills. This plan also grants the authority to implement specific regulations related to air pollution control.
