EPA Makes Technical Correction to Emission Guidelines for Solid Waste Incineration Units

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to correct the averaging time for measuring opacity in emission guidelines and new source performance standards for other solid waste incineration units, as mandated by the Clean Air Act.
