Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request for Reclearance of a Revised Information Collection: SF 2803 and SF 3108

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for clearance of revised information collections, including applications for making deposit or redeposit of retirement payments for current and former federal employees. The OPM expects to receive approximately 150 filings per year, with each form taking around 30 minutes to complete.
