Green Diamond Resource Company Seeks Permits for Aquatic Habitat Conservation Plan in California

The National Marine Fisheries Service and the Fish and Wildlife Service have made available a Final Environmental Impact Statement for Green Diamond Resource Company's applications for permits to authorize incidental take of covered species during forest management and timber harvest in Del Norte and Humboldt Counties, California.
