U.S. to Separate Montenegro and Serbia in Export Regulations

The U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security is updating its Export Administration Regulations to reflect the recognition of Montenegro as a sovereign state, adding the country and Serbia as separate entities with their own export licensing requirements.
