Union Pacific Railroad Company Exempts Portland & Western Railroad, Inc. from Acquisition and Operation Requirements

Union Pacific Railroad Company has granted an exemption to Portland & Western Railroad, Inc. from the requirements of acquiring and operating the railroad, allowing the company to continue its operations without the need for further integration.
