Coal Creek Flood Control and Parkway Final Environmental Impact Statement Record of Decision Now Available

The U.S. Natural Resources Conservation Service has made the Record of Decision for the Coal Creek Flood Control and Parkway Final Environmental Impact Statement publicly available, following a delay due to concerns about the Endangered Species Act, and no construction will begin until a biological opinion from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is received.
