EPA Proposes Approval of Texas Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Texas' revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) requirements of gasoline, which includes exemptions for research laboratories, academic institutions, and gasoline not used in affected counties, as well as reduced record-keeping requirements for retail outlets.
