US Department of Commerce Announces Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Review on Turkish Welded Carbon Steel Pipe
The US Department of Commerce is reviewing the countervailing duty on Turkish welded carbon steel standard pipe from January 1, 2005, to December 31, 2005, and has found the net subsidy rate to be negligible, inviting public comment.
